Going Red on 1/16 to 1/8 of an inch

This client came in needing a a bit of "attitude adjustment". She just wasn't feeling as special and magnificent as she should. She didn't want the typical bright blonde that seems to be so common.
After a thorough consultation, and discovering things about her present and past lifestyle (sense of style) we decided that something a little less bright would be most suitable. We still wanted to be fashion forward, and after taking into consideration her skin tone, eye color, occupation, and lifestyle, so we opted to go red.
Her hair was a natural level 2 and only about 1/16 to 1/8 of an inch long. That being the case, whatever we did would only last about 2 weeks. One of her largest concerns was that she worked in a corporate environment and needed to maintain a professional appearance.
I think what we have accomplished retains the professional appearance, and is incredibly fashion forward. She was very pleased with the results.

Good, bad, or otherwise ... I sincerely value your opinion, so feel free to leave a comment.

This clients hair was @ a natural level 2. I pre-lightened to a 9 & toned w/ - Aveda- 7 ro nn rr which brought her hair to the desired level 8 red.
